Paintless Dent Removal

Non-invasive dent correction that preserves your factory finish

Paintless dent removal process

Paintless Dent Removal — commonly known as PDR — is the art of reshaping deformed metal panels from behind, using specialised lever tools and glue-pulling techniques, without disturbing the original paint film. This makes PDR the ideal solution for hail damage, door dings, shopping-trolley dents and minor creases where the paint surface remains intact.

The key advantage of PDR is preservation: your vehicle keeps its factory paint — with its original thickness, colour consistency and corrosion protection — intact. There is no filler, no repainting and no colour-match risk. The repair is invisible, and because we skip the prep-prime-paint cycle, turnaround time and cost are significantly reduced compared to conventional body repair.

Our PDR technicians are trained to read reflections under LED line boards, allowing them to identify the precise high and low points within a dent. By applying controlled pressure through access holes, trim openings or via external glue tabs, each dent is massaged back to its original contour with sub-millimetre accuracy.

PDR is particularly cost-effective after a hailstorm, where dozens of shallow dents across the roof, bonnet and boot lid can be corrected in a single session. We assess every panel individually and will advise transparently if a dent's location, depth or paint condition makes conventional repair the better option.

Our Process

1

Dent Analysis

LED line-board inspection to map dent depth and edges

2

Access Point ID

Locating the best route to reach behind the dent

3

PDR Application

Controlled pushing/pulling to restore original contour

4

Detail Refinement

Fine-tuning high spots and edges for seamless finish

5

Final Inspection

Reflection check under multiple light angles to confirm repair
